Member Services Representative (Main - FT/PT)

Serve those that serve and protect our communities!

As the most frequent point of contact, Member Services Representatives (MSR) serve a vital role in our Members' banking experience.  As a MSR you'll spend each day providing excellent member service by accurately and efficiently completing transactions, while complying with all policies, procedures and regulations.  You'll also delight members by matching them with products/services that fit their financial needs and make their lives easier.

Branch Manager

You’re a go-getter; a leader.  You do what’s right - for our members and your colleagues - and you inspire others to do the same.  You have a natural ability to lead and motivate your team to create excellent members experiences that will cultivate long-lasting relationships.  If this sounds like you, you have what it takes to become a Branch Manager.

As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for the success of your branch.  In order for your branch to succeed, you will need to create an environment that delivers an exceptional experience for both members and employees.  You’ll need to be able to develop each member of your team to their fullest potential, set a clear direction for your branch, and create great partnerships within the Credit Union and our community - all while maintaining a focus on our members.
