Branch/Member Support

Under the general direction of the Operations Manager/Branch Manager provides front office and administrative support to the Operations Department. You possess a high level of knowledge about all products, services, policies and regulations. You have the ability to work independently and utilize sound judgment working with our members.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school preferred
  • Two years related experience in cash handling and/or in the financial institution, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Works well in group problem solving situations
  • Observes safety and security procedures
  • Understands Credit Union operations and information needs
  • Proficient computer skills especially in use of business software programs required
