Can't remember your Home Banking password and/or got locked out? Now, you can reset your password and unlock your Home Banking account using the "forgot password" function on our main page. Check out the video below, or follow our step-by-step instructions.
Locate the “Forgot Password” link between the “Login” and “Join” buttons on our homepage as indicated by the pink arrow on the image, and click on it. You may also access the forgot password page by clicking here.
On the next screen, enter your Home Banking username. If you don't know your username, please call us at 808.973.4311, or toll-free at 1.866.351.4311.
Select the email address you'd like to receive your temporary password at. Usually, this will be the "Primary" email address.
Check your email for your temporary password. Be sure to login with your temporary password as soon as possible, as it’s valid for only 20 minutes. If you don’t login within 20 minutes, you’ll need to start the process all over again.
Login into your account using your temporary password.
If prompted, complete your multi-factor authentication security questions. Be sure to check the "Register Device" box if you're using a trusted computer, tablet, or smart phone so you may skip this step next time you login.
Enter and confirm your new password. Please do not reuse the temporary password.
That's it. After you change your password, you'll be back to doing your banking in Home Banking.
